1. sudo service ntpd stop
2. sudo date -s "Mon Dec 1 10:30:45 UTC 2017"
3. start Live Event with HLS output with:
3.1. "Insert Program-Date-Time" checked in the GUI, and
3.2. "Insertion Period" in the GUI set to the HLS "Segment Length" (2 (seconds) in my test Live Event)
4. wait until the second hand rolls over (i.e., wait 15 to 20 seconds)
5. stop the Live Event
6. reset the Live Event
7. sudo service ntpd start
8. examine the HLS Media Playlist(s) generated by Live to ensure the value of HLS tag EXT-X-PROGRAM-DATE-TIME rolls over correctly
